+ Where is the parking garage located?
The parking garage is located at 160 Mutual St. It is situated on the west side of Mutual St. between Gerrard St. and Gould St.
+ How can I access the parking garage?
There is 1 main entrance and exit located on Mutual St. on the right side of the Pitman Hall Residence building.
+ Is there a parking office on site?
No, there is no parking office on site.
+ Is there overnight parking permitted?
Yes, overnight parking is permitted.
+ Where can I pay for parking?
You can pay for parking at the exit terminals upon your departure from the parking garage. Alternatively, you may choose to pay for parking at the pay station.
+ What are the parking rates?
Parking rates are dependent on the date and time. They include:

If you accidentally lose your ticket, you must pay the “lost ticket” charge at the pay station or terminal.

+ How do I report an issue?
If you would like to report an issue, select the Press for Assistance button on the terminal.
+ The machine won’t take my ticket; what do I do?
If the machine is unable to read your ticket, select the Press for Assistance button on the terminal.
+ The machine says: “Invalid Card”; what do I do?
Please insert a different card or press the Cancel button to receive your entrance ticket back. Reinsert the ticket and try again.
